Our Mission is to decrease regulatory and operational risk for our lending and servicer clients by implementing compliance management systems, oversight, and business continuity for each program VPCS works with online lenders and commercial lenders and their supporting vendors.
VPCS’ Leadership Team
- VPCS Director of Compliance Michael Bousquet is a leader in the financial services with expertise in servicing, operations and compliance at large servicing companies as well as large financial institutions. At a large servicing company, Michael was director of operations and handled a staff of 300 individuals. Previous experience included senior management roles at GE Capital and Adelphia. Michael is a Quality Black Belt/ Green Belt and is Six Sigma certified.
VPCS’ Audit Team
- VPCS Auditors are certified by the American Society for Quality and possesses a minimum of 5 years audit experience. In addition auditors will hold numerous industry compliance certifications including American Bankers Association Compliance Training Programs, OLA’s Compliance University, FISCA’s AML BSA Compliance Program, ASQ’s Quality Auditor or NAF’s Consumer Credit Compliance Program.
