Our Mission is to decrease regulatory and operational risk for our lending and servicer clients by implementing compliance management systems, oversight, and business continuity for each program VPCS works with online lenders and commercial lenders and their supporting vendors.
VPCS Leadership Team
- VPCS Directors maintain a wide variety of certifications based upon their industry focus and have a minimum of 10 years compliance related experience. A Director engaged by you will bring a track record of having established multiple Compliance Management Systems, running Compliance Programs, implementing Training and developing Monitoring.
VPCS Audit Team
- VPCS Auditors are certified by the American Society for Quality and possesses a minimum of 5 years audit experience. In addition auditors will hold numerous industry compliance certifications including American Bankers Association Compliance Training Programs, OLA’s Compliance University, FISCA’s AML BSA Compliance Program, ASQ’s Quality Auditor or NAF’s Consumer Credit Compliance Program.
